Mystery Path Tour

Bring your camera and set aside 2 hours in the morning for The Mystery Path tour. This tour includes the French garden, the reservoirs where you will meet Lucy and Einstein and then continue on to the Mystery Path. You will see exotic fruits, coffee, the upper orchards, orchids and more. Then it’s on to the desert garden and the nursery with even more orchids and bromeliads. We will then spend a little time in the park where you will see tropical trees, heliconias, cycads and other exotic plantings. We finish up with the anthurium garden then lunch and maybe a glass of wine poolside.

Magic Springs Tour

Or if you prefer, on the second tour you can visit the Magic springs, the river and the terraces. Learn the story of how a muddy bog was transformed into a beautiful set of terraces with springs and running water flowing into a pool and then to the river. Walk through six terraces filled with tropical plantings including gingers and heliconias, see flowering bananas and a variety of arums, exotic lilies, orchids, bromeliads and tropical foliage plants. Then enjoy a picnic lunch in the shade of a guava grove overlooking the river.

The third tour is an all day outing including both the Mystery Path and the Magic Springs tours with lunch in between. Set aside 5 hours for this tour.

• Tours 1 and 2 are $25 per person and includes a light lunch.
• Tour 3 is $45 per person and includes lunch.
• There is a two person minimum and 8 person maximum – 10% discount available for 4 or more on tour 3 when paid in advance.
